Spiritual Connection
There is a yearning to connect to our deepest selves, beyond the limitation we often experience in our daily lives. With “intentional massage,” my intention is to be deeply present with you in your depth. This is a place where we are not separate. It invites you into an experience of connecting to that essence in yourself, for greater awareness, clarity, renewal, and an expanded sense of possibility.
Are you are stuck in old habits and patterns of the mind that seem impossible to change? I offer support, tools and resources for transformation; for living from that true essence that has been glimpsed.
Do you yearn to live for a greater purpose beyond your small-self desires? To awaken to a part of yourself that can trust in life and evolve? I walk beside you on that journey, with a foundation and experience that may help support and motivate you; and resources for practice and further support.
In massage sessions with a spiritual intention to go deeper, there may be a dual purpose, with attention to the physical body and emotional body too. An integrated blend of modalities, which can include Deep Tissue Massage/Myofascial Release and Swedish Massage are effective for sinking into one’s deeper essence. The distinction from the more physically focused sessions, is the intention we hold and the opportunity for a dialogue exploring some spiritual aspects or personal growth potentials, if desired. There may or may not be specific work in particular areas of the body.
